Training done, taper complete…now rest until this Sunday
Bags packed. Next stop the Airport…flight to London.
For those of you participating in the London Marathon this weekend, that’s about it. London is ready for you!
This Sunday April 13 runners hit the streets of London for the London Marathon. Not to be missed is the Race Expo…a must see event.
If you’re running this weekend, good luck: “May the wind be at your back the entire race”. We’ll be with you in spirit every step of the way. If you’re cheering on from the side of the course, bring a Jamaica flag and show Reggae Marathon spirit.
