1, 2 and 3 bedroom villas feature an elegant, tastefully furnished, marble floor living room with modern French doors. Each villa has at least 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and private whirlpool spa enclosed in a Spanish courtyard. Bedrooms each have their own television set and there is a DVD player in the living room. Kitchens have a 4 burner stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, iron and ironing board and a hammock on each verandah. Superior Rooms: All are located on the second or third floor atop the villas on the beachside. These rooms have a view of the gardens, all have 2 full-size beds, balcony and accommodate 1-3 persons. Garden Rooms: There are 8 of these rooms located on the landside (across the street from the beach), adjacent to the octagonal swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Each room has a garden view and carries either 1 queen or 2 double beds. (Accommodates up to 3 persons). All rooms and villas are equipped with a CD player, hair dryer, telephone, cable TV, air conditioned bedrooms and living rooms (villas), refrigerator, and safety deposit box ($3.00 per day).
Whistling Bird Beach Cottages
Whistling Bird is located about a quarter way along the famous seven mile beach at Negril, situated on the white sand in a sparcely developed area. The large property is seaside with plenty of privacy, and quality Jamaican style modern accomodations. The cottages are two bedroom, or open suite; or 1 room bungalows with oversize private bathrooms. Whistling Bird is a small family business, and Jamaican living at its easiest. Situated amid large gardens, and natural beauty of the land and people, the spacious rooms have local wicker furniture and extensive use of woods - a hand-made hammock swings in the breeze, showing expansive views of the famous sunsets in Negril - Jamaica's western most point.

Standard rooms are located both the beach and garden side of the property. All standard rooms contain either one double or two twin beds. The four-bedroom villa with pool is located on the garden side. Each bedroom contains one double and one twin bed. Clients are able to relax on one of the quietest parts of Negril’s famous seven-mile beach. Restaurants, bars, watersports and shows are all within easy walking distance. Simply stated… this is the best value vacation in Negril.
