Beach Bum and proud of it.
Negril is world famous for it’s miles of reef-protected white sand beaches. And what better reward for completing Reggae Marathon than getting up early for a walk or run along the beach followed by a lazy breakfast of Ackee and Saltfish washed down with delicious Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee. That’s the plan next Sunday morning after Reggae Marathon but it’s my schedule for most days in Negril. That’s the plan once I get to Negril mid-week and I’m sticking to it!.
Oh, one other thing…a cold Red Stripe on the Beach later in the day…Life is good as a Beach Bum.
