Lisa’s excellent adventure in Jamaica ended on a high note when she dropped in on the Reggae Marathon offices this past Monday. That’s Lisa Laws of Reggae Runnerz fame.
Lisa was in Jamaica doing a little bit of business and a whole lot of fun. She climbed Blue Mountain Peak last week…a walk up and a nice run down! She had the opportunity once back in Kingston to meet with Frano and Diane to talk about our favourite topic…Reggae Marathon! Hydration, course certification…and lots more covered in her vitis:
