Reggae Marathon at the ING New York Marathon

Less than 30 days away now!  I can hardly wait.  I’m breaking in a couple pairs of new shoes over the next couple of weeks and am  racing for the first time in a pair of minimalist flats.  I am looking forward to meeting all of you at the Reggae Marathon Expo and especially at the Pasta Party Friday night. Staying cool and hydrated at the Reggae Marathon

Reggae Marathon gets endorsement from The Heart Foundation of Jamaica

The Jamdammers received an endorsement from The Heart Foundation of Jamaica for staging the Reggae Marathon. Very cool. I especially love the line, “Run for your life”.
