Is this your first time coming to Negril? If so, there’s a few things that you should know about the race.

• The race will start at 5:15 am so don’t be late.
• The pasta party is truly the World’s Best.
• The cinch bag is the best that I’ve received from any race ever! Wear it and it will be an automatic conversation starter.
• Watching the men with the machete chop of the top of your coconut will be an awesome experience. Be sure to have your camera ready to record.
• Jumping in the Caribbean when you’re done with the race will feel fabulous!
• Drink all the fluids offered along the course.
• And finally have fun!
