Good running form is essential to long-term running health. I know, I’m back to running long distances after 6 months off with a foot injury. Mid-foot, forefoot, heel strike…the best running style for you depends on…you! As a long-time runner, the end goal is to keep running. And coming to Reggae Marathon on the first weekend of December each year. So for this post, here are some Reggae Marathon runners demonstrating great form.
