Imaginative and simple. Two words that describe some simple remedies for aches and pains found around your home. Carrie Tollefson, Olympian and Reggae Marathon friend shared these simple yet effective home remedies to relieve the post run aches and pains. And who of us doesn’t suffer from occasional aches and pains?
There is one challenge Carrie doesn’t mention however: how to explain to your spouse that after your last run you used the rolling pin on your sweaty thighs and the frozen veggies on your knees. In my house that is likely have me sleeping uncomfortably on the couch for at least one night. So guys, two suggestions: Get your own rolling pin and keep quite after using the frozen vegetables!
