Hello all Reggae Runnerz!  Negril is bracing for your arrival, in a good way of course.  We’re all looking forward to seeing you on the beach and the road.

What started as a small group of runners has grown into 500+ runners, family and friends who show up in Negril each December.  Lisa Laws and a core group work hard all year to set up the trip, work with each of the Runnerz as excitement builds throughout the year, and then in Jamaica she’s on hand virtually 24/7 to ensure a great experience for all her Runnerz.  How she has the energy to run on Sunday morning on top of all that is a mystery!

Next Wednesday things really start heating up in Negril…pun intended.  Aren’t we all looking forward to the sun and beach?  Runners and Runnerz:  See you all next week!
