Ladies…your high heels are killing you! OK, not literally. I was shocked to learn how dramatically the type of shoes we wear daily contribute to running injuries. And while the infographic below focuses on female running injuries, guys, we are not immune! Heeled boots and ill-fitting shoes contribute to our running injuries as well. So take heed. Make adjustments. Reduce running injuries!
