Two weeks to go. If only Star Trek's Warp Factor 7 was available now, I would transport myself to Negril today and run the Reggae Marathon tomorrow morning. Unfortunately that is not available yet so the next best thing is to check out this video of Reggae Marathon Race Director, Alfred 'Frano' Francis talking about this year's Reggae Marathon.

Make sure you say hi to Frano at the Pasta Party Friday night.
