While many countries and states are currently in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, I know it can be hard to go outside for a run. But remember, running is not canceled. If you can safely go outside and run continue to do so. Maintain your six feet of distance between yourself and other runners, run at times when there will be less people out on the roads, tracks, or trails, and be an overall good run citizen. If you have access to a personal treadmill, that is also another safe option.
If you are not able to run outside but still want to maintain your fitness and don’t have access to a treadmill, many personal trainers and gyms are streaming online classes and workouts that can be done in the comfort and privacy of your own home. Look on Instagram, Youtube, and Facebook and I’m sure that you will find a workout that fits your lifestyle and fitness needs.
