Half Marathon, 10K & 5K Races

The day before April Fool’s

The significance of March 31:

  • We’ve made it through a quarter of the year!  Yeah!!  Hopefully the memories of the Polar Vortex weather conditions that gripped much of North America this past winter fade quickly.  It will be nice to get outside and run in much more pleasant weather conditions.
  • Reggae Marathon 2013 is a blissful memory.  Although time passes and memories fade, Reggae Marathon never completely goes away.  Often the memory of a moment will pop up and bring a smile to my face.
  • Anticipation for Reggae Marathon 2014 building.  Catching up with old friends and meeting new ones.  That’s what I look forward out.
  • I still haven’t got my April Fool’s Day prank quite figured out yet.  While I’m not a big prankster, with all this Social Media around it seems a waste to miss a good opportunity on Tuesday.

Truthfully there really is no special significance to March 31 other than it being the last day of March.  It’s a Monday today though so hopefully today’s blog post brings a smile to your face.

Until next time…
