Yes, there is a fountain of youth! No, not the one they said was discovered in Florida. And NO, this is not ‘Fake News’! It turns out that regular exercise may keep your body 30 years younger! Who knew!
I started running to lose weight and keep some family history issues in check. It’s worked for over 30 years. The health part anyway…it’s a tougher battle to keep the weight in check. Now research is finding that regular exercise keeps your muscles, heart, lungs and other organs performing as if they are ‘years younger’. Now this doesn’t mean you can go our and run at the same pace as someone 20 years younger than you…age does impact your running pace, but it sure is nice to scare the younger runners for a kilometre or two!
