1 day to Reggae Marathon.  Pasta Party tonight.  Let me repeat that:  1 DAY TO REGGAE MARATHON…PASTA PARTY TONIGHT!  Sorry for yelling, but it’s hard to contain the enthusiasm.

I’m a long-time runner and have been coming to Reggae Marathon every year for the past 9 years.  Race day is special with the 5:15 am torchlight start and swim in the Caribbean after.  But I LOVE Friday night at the Reggae Marathon Pasta Party!  It’s where I get to catch up live with old friends from all over the world and make new ones.  I’ll be around the Reggae Marathon Media Tent from 4 pm on so stop by, ask for me and be sure to say hi!

The schedule for today at the Couples Swept Away Sporting Complex:

• 1 – 4 pm only for onsite registration
• 1 – 8 pm for onsite race packet pickup (NOTE:  There is no registration or packet pickup Saturday, December 2 race day)
• 5:30 – 8:30 pm Reggae Marathon Pasta Party
