3 days to Reggae Marathon 2019.  Are you in Negril yet? If you are, make sure to say hi on your early morning run.  I’m on the road early.  Today I ran down to Long Bay Beach Park…tomorrow it’s out and back to the Negril round-a-bout.  Easy running to keep things loose…keeping my legs in shape for race day this Sunday.

OK, now back to the beach!  Only 3 days to go…
