4 months to Reggae Marathon.  Time to get to serious training!

The most frequent question we get about Reggae Marathon is, ‘How hot is it in Negril?’  Short answer:  If you’re coming from a northern climate whether east or west, you will find it much warmer in Negril in early December.  You will need to adjust your expectations on pacing.

So…what’s the best advice on how to handle the warmer temperatures in Negril in just over 4 months?  “Relax…No Problem…slow down and enjoy the day”.
