I grew up with jerk chicken being a special treat. We got it infrequently and only on rare weekend trips to the country. Now with recipes readily available on the web and pre-prepared jerk sauces available from companies such as Grace and Walkers Wood (a couple of my favourites) it's easy to have jerk chicken all year round.
