7 days to Reggae Marathon.  1 Week!  7 Sleeps!.

A week today ‘we be running’.  5:15 am Saturday, December 2 at Long Bay Beach Park.  Get to the start area by 4:30 am or so…the vibe is really special with runners from all over Jamaica and the World milling about behind the start line.  Hydrate while listening to loud Reggae music.  Get ready for the Torchlight start promptly at 5:15 am when Race Director Frano sends us off.  At it is an on-time start…don’t be late or you’ll be running to catch up!
