7 Days to Reggae Marathon.  One Week today we be running!

5:15 am on Sunday, December 2, Race Director Frano sends us off into the pre-dawn darkness.  It’s not as scary as it sounds.  Torches light the way at the start and the street lights provide enough illumination to run safely.  Stay on the paved roads though…it can be tricky footing off the pavement.  If you’re a mid-pack like me, just follow the slightly faster runners than you for the first mile or so until things thin out.  Then you’ll have the space to turn it up!
