Ingrid runs off the GRID. She runs and runs, and runs and runs! She loves running and loves helping others. She’s back at Reggae Marathon this December and with her 8 of her running friends from their running club, Off the GRID:

Our program for the Little ones is focused on the theme, “Running is Fun” and uses a combined run/walk technique and running drills which allows the children to build confidence and endurance as they gradually build their running strength. Our Summer program for the little ones ends with our Annual Little Gridders race in August. Several of our adult run club members volunteer at the event which had 18 Little Gridders participating in the race this year – with parents; grand parents; aunts and uncles in tow. My niece – who is 8 years old won the overall race again this year with our Granddaughter (who is a regular 5km race participant) not too far behind along with several of our little ones 🙂
Look out for Off the GRID in their distinctive T’s Saturday morning December 3 at Reggae Marathon.
Until next time…
