Is this your first time coming to Jamaica? If so, there’s a few things that you should know about the race.

• The race will start at 5:45 am so don’t be late.
• The pasta party will take place on the iconic Devon House
• The cinch bag is the best that I’ve received from any race ever! Wear it and it will be an automatic conversation starter.
• Take advantage of any colling/misting station along the way.
• Enjoy the music along the course.
• Drink all the fluids offered along the course.
• And finally have fun!
