Along with the swim in the Caribbean Sea at the finish of Reggae Marathon the post-race refreshments are also pretty special: Coconuts, Bananas and Red Stripe!

Then it’s over to grab a Banana, one of the best natural sources of potassium. Combined with the coconut water, this is a pretty effective of electrolyte replacement…and it’s all natural!
And while the recovery benefits of cold beer may be debatable, what is unassailable is the first taste of a cold Red Stripe.
Last year Red Stripe was sampling some of their special new beer flavours. They may bring some back this year but the Original is always a favourite.
Enjoy in moderation of course.
A nice early morning run with Reggae Music all along the closed-to-traffic course finished up with a swim in the sea after a coconut, banana and Red Stripe. Ahhh….
