Eat to run: 3 runners coming to Reggae Marathon

Eat to run!  Been there, done that!

The title of today’s Reggae Marathon blog post was inspired by one of the runners coming to Reggae Marathon for the first time this year.  And she’s coming with friends…

IMG_9884 Rebecca has been running for about 6 years and started running as a way to get rid of her post-baby bump.  She’s coming to her first Reggae Marathon this year.  She’s not only coming for the run, she’s bringing her family and has plans to explore Jamaica while she’s in Jamaica.  Check out her latest blog post, “Is it the Race or the Place”.

Joining Rebecca in Jamaica for Reggae Marathon 2013 is fellow writer, blogger and runner Valerie.  As often happens at Reggae Marathon, one runner decides to come, tells a friend and before you know both have book their tickets and registered for the race.  That’s the case with Valerie.  You can read her story here that inspired today’s blog post, Eat to Run (and yes, I have done this…come on now ‘fess up…you’ve done it as well).

Rounding out this troika and bringing a group to Reggae Marathon to run as well is Emily.  “She started it”…the “Eat to Run” theme that is.  Emily will be in Negril as well with Valerie and Rebecca.  Check out her blog post on her anticipation for running in Reggae Marathon, “Eat to Run”.

Rebecca, Valerie, Emily…take a look at what’s waiting for you in Negril next week… Wait, this is what’s waiting for all of us next week.  Start packing!!
