Healthy knees! Our feet, legs, hips and especially the knees take a lot of impact with running.  But with proper running shoes (changed regularly), attention to proper running form and strength exercises, we can minimize the effects.  And so on to some simple exercises to help strengthen your knees…and keep us running, and running, and running…
