Are you looking to improve your running form? I obsess over my running form. For years earlier in my running, I was a heavy heal striker. I never thought about it…it worked, I had minimal injuries. About 10 years ago as the barefoot craze was taking off, I made the decision to transition to the mid-foot/forefoot style. I also upped the cadence at the same time. Disaster! Trying to do make two changes at the same time combined with a way too fast transition from heel strike to mid-foot lead to a nasty and long bout of Plantar Fasciitis. And a couple of foot bone fractures…One year I walked the Reggae Marathon in a foot cast! Not recommended!
