We arrived in Negril last night and can tell you that the weather is gorgeous.  Conditions look to be ideal for the Reggae Marathon this Saturday morning.  Important update for those of you looking to pick up your Reggae Marathon race kits on Thursday, Dec 2, please note that you will be able to do so after 4 pm today. Sorry for the delay but hours will be extended into the evening to compensate.

On the running front, I had the opportunity to go for a run this morning with Bob Moore of the Washington Running Report.  We ran down to the round-a-bout in Negril and back to our hotel.  He may be older than I am but he made me work this morning.  I claimed I was tired and was saving myself for the race Saturday.

We are looking forward to seeing you at the Reggae Marathon Media Tent at the Couples Swept Away Sporting Complex on Friday starting at 3 pm.  Make sure you stop by and say hi after you pick up your Reggae Marathon race kit.
