Undoubtedly, when you finish the race, you will be hungry. And being in Jamaica, you will have no shortage of options. Are you going to get some breakfast? Ackee and saltfish, some callaloo, perhaps some dumplings too? Eating a traditional Jamaican breakfast will certainly be the icing on the cake after your race. Don’t forget to indulge in some fresh fruit too!
Will you opt for some lunch foods? You can always go the traditional route with some Jerk Chicken and rice and peas. Or are you just looking for a snack like a pattie and some cocoa bread? Whatever you decide, be sure to wash it down with plenty of water, a fresh coconut, and or course, a Red Stripe.
