It’s hard to believe that in less than six months, the Reggae Marathon will be over. When will you start training for your race? What are you most exited about? Your medal, the Red Stripe, or that fresh coconut?
When training be sure to hydrate as the temperature and humidity continue to rise. Stay in shaded areas and where light-colored clothing to keep cool. As your training progresses, let us know how it goes.
