We have a lot to be thankful for in 2011 and even more to look forward to in 2012.  This motivational quote from Gibson's Daily Running Quotes sums it up nicely:

Running doesn't solve any problems in the universe.  Or maybe it does.  We runners know that the simple pleasure of 'going out for a run' clears the head, reduces stress and benefits our health.  I've run through challenging times, whe

n I've been sick (not advised) and in just about every place I've visited.

Through Reggae Marathon I've met and made online friends some of whom have turned into 'real-world' friends.  That's just one of the great benefits of the annual trek to Negril, Jamaica on the first Saturday of every year.
