What would the Reggae Marathon be without music? I shudder to think.
Fear not. From Friday night’s Pasta Party to Saturday morning before the start and of course at the post-race party there is music. Lots of music. And at the Reggae Marathon Pasta Party Friday evening, the world renowned Silverbird Steel Band will be performing once again at Couples Swept Away Sporting Complex November 30. They put on a fabulous show!
a thousand times: there’s music at every aid station on the Reggae Marathon course. Aid stations are set up at every mile along the closed-to-traffic course. Water and Hi-Lyte electrolyte replacement in plastic pouches at every stop. Refreshment for the body and the soul! That’s how we do it at Reggae Marathon.
Until next time…
