Race Day!  Let’s go running!

I got up at 3:00 am this morning.  Already excited for Frano to send us off at 5:15 am with loud Reggae music blaring on the Sound System and Tiki Torches lighting the way.  If this is your first time, it’s special…if your 5th, still special!  The start of Reggae Marathon is a moment to cherish.

Along the course, make sure to hydrate and top up electrolytes as required.  Both are available at the aid stations at every mile along the course.  The convenient plastic pouches are easy to rip open and drink.
