We all aspire to run strong and fast. I know I do. To do that I read tons of articles, watch a lot of videos, talk constantly to more seasoned and experienced runners. Maybe you do the same…it drives your family crazy doesn’t it!
As I was doing my usual browsing, I came across this video about how to run strong and fast. It talks about how breathing properly is the foundation of better running and shares some tips on how to do that. Along with that, there are some excellent warm up exercises to get the blood flowing and muscles ready before heading out for a run
