One of the greatest things about running in New York City are the views. I get views of the city lights when I run early in the morning or in the evening. If I run to the East River in the morning, I get sunrise views. In the evening, I might make a trip to the west side of Manhattan for a beautiful sunset. There are run tours that take you to see street art along the route.

I don’t know if I like sunrise or sunset better on my runs. (I do know when I’m in Negril, I love the sunsets.) But I do love seeing the city lights both in the morning before sunrise as well as after dark.  and of course, when I’m in Negril, I love the view of the ocean.
