I’ll be the first to admit, sometimes, I don’t love to run. I don’t even like it sometimes. It doesn’t help that the weather right now is unbearable most of the time. Sometimes, scheduling a run with friends is helpful- keeping in mind to socially distance ourselves from one another and sometimes not putting so much pressure on a run is also helpful. Remember, you are always lapping the person sitting on the couch.
