Stories from Reggae Marathon Fans

One of the fun things about Reggae Marathon is the passion of the runners.  I caught the bug in 2009 and since then have met others with a similar affliction.  Some of our fans have blogged about their running experiences and their anticipation of running in Reggae Marathon this year.  With 3 Saturdays to go to this year’s race, here are some of the fan favourites:

Navin Sadarangani loves Reggae Marathon.  And he loves to run.  He had a great result in last weekend’s New York Marathon and is looking forward to bettering his time in Negril this December.  Here’s his Reggae Marathon Story.

RunDeniseRun.  Denise loves to run and to blog.  She made a commitment to running Reggae Marathon earlier this year.  Since then she has been running and blogging and blogging and running.  Here’s RunDeniseRun.

Larry Savitch stopped by the Reggae Marathon booth to say hi to Frano.  He also got his picture t

aken.  Look out for Larry and his group in Negril in a couple of weeks.  Read about Larry and Easy Skankin.

Dan Cumming has become a great friend of Reggae Marathon.  He loves running and loves Jamaica.  We first connected with him when he posted a picture taken on the beach way back in the 1960’s.  He’ll be in Negril this year.  Here is his Seasoned Runner Story.

Carrie Tollefson tells her stories via YouTube.  If you haven’t seen her stories yet, you owe it to yourself to check them out.  Really personal and full of great tips on running better.  Here's here great video from last year's Reggae Marathon C Tolle Run.

Lots of other groups are coming to Negril for Reggae Marathon this year. If you have a story to share leave a comment or send an email to me directly at [email protected]

Until next time…
