This is one complete leg workout! In 5 minutes you will have strengthened all the major leg and abdominal muscles.. And strong legs lead to improved running form…and better running. Getting at it this early in the running year will lead to better running performance later in the year. Take a look:
It’s an intense workout but not crazy. You can start at a lower pace and work up to Carrie’s speed as you get stronger. If you try it and stick with it we’d love to hear your story when we meet up at Reggae Marathon December 6 in Negril.
