The weather is getting hot and if you’re training for a marathon right now one of the most important things you can do right now running is making sure that you are properly hydrated. It’s important to hydrate in the days leading up to your long run. I’m sure to drink a lot of water especially the day before. I carry a water bottle for my runs and fill it up along the way at water fountains when I run out. In the winter, it’s a little harder as the water fountains are turned off so sometimes, I pop into a store and buy a new water bottle. I have friends that will run with a hydration pack too.
