Last week I wrote about and asked you about your post-race meal and today I want to know what your favorite dish is to eat at the Reggae Marathon’s famous pasta party. If you are more of a traditionalist when it comes to card loading, you will have the option to eat pasta with some marinara sauce and maybe a side of garlic bread too. If you want to go for something with more of a Jamaican flare to it, dive into the rasta pasta. Many of the local chef’s like to showcase this traditional Jamaican dish. You will be able to find some cold pasta dishes too if that is what you are looking for. You can also find an assortment of breads too if that’s what you like to eat the night before your big race. And while you are at the pasta party, be sure to drink a lot of water so you are well hydrated for the race the next day.
