Why I run?  That’s a question answered by Lori Saggers of Ontario, Canada.  “When we saw the the billboard in Negril last November, I have been dreaming of coming back ever since to run it this December.  Negril is an amazing place, with friendly people, fantastic music, yummy food and of course, that cold refreshing Red Stripe!”

I run because it’s free

I run because I can do it anywhere.

I run because it keeps me healthy.

I run because I want to be a good example to my kids.

I run because I want to prove to myself just how far I can go

I run because I CAN
