How many runners will be joining us in Negril for the first time this year? If this is you first Reggae Marathon, you are in for a special event. The staff at the Reggae Marathon want to make sure that you have an enjoyable experience from the world-famous pasta party to the start of the race to your finish line drinks and recovery. Most importantly, don’t forget to have fun the whole time.
Enjoy the food. But be careful of trying something too new that it might upset your stomach on your run. Soak up the sun on your run, but make sure you have on sunscreen as it will get sunny out there. And finally, when you finish, be sure to go for a walk or complete dip in the water. It is refreshing to cool off in the Caribbean.
