A smile is all it takes to get through Reggae Marathon. OK, it does take a little more than that. Enjoying running is a good start. Training before always a good idea. And if you can get in running time in Negril before Race Day, Sunday, December 2 this year. then you’ll have no trouble smiling at your good fortune at being in Jamaica in December…running!
