Before the start of the Reggae Marathon, enjoy the music, enjoy the man on stilts blowing the fire gun, enjoy the stillness in the air before thousands of runners make their way down Norman Manley Boulevard.

As you make your way to the start, take a look at the stars in the sky, enjoy the little bit of quiet but then as you get closer to the start, you’ll hear the music, you’ll see your friends, and you’ll get pumped for your race to start! And then the countdown to the start of the race. And off you go!
