As runners, we use the Earth more than the average person. It is our responsibility to take care of the Earth so we can continue to use it. Recycle your plastic water bottles, don’t leave your gel packets on the ground, throw them in a trash can when you’re done with them, and finally donate your old running shoes. Many running stores or races will take your old running shoes and donate them. It’s a win win!
