Are you a Turkey Trotter? Do you like to lace up for a Frosty 5K? Running around the holidays can be a great way to relieve some of the holiday stress that comes with this time of year. (Honestly, that’s why I like when the Reggae Marathon falls, it’s a great time to get away from that stress.)

Here are a few ways to keep motivated for a run this time of year

  • Make your run social. …
  • Set a different goal. …
  • Team up.

And most importantly, there is no need to justify your run to burn the calories that you want to eat. Enjoy the food, enjoy the holidays.
