Winter Training Tips

In New York City, and pretty much all over the northeast, we received a fair amount of snow in the last 48 hours. (And as I type this, we are still getting some flurries!) It can be hard to motivate yourself to get out for a run when there is so much snow on the ground or if it just too cold to go outside. I try to find at least one other person who is willing to go for runs or walks in this weather. Having someone that you are accountable to makes it a lot easier to get out of the house for a run. Having the right outerwear is also important when the weather.
